Administration & Communication

 

Suggested Amount: $35,000

 

Each ministry requires some resources for administration and communication to be effective. Administrative costs include    office supplies costs, utilities, property taxes, property and       liability insurance, and telephone and fax costs. They also include a portion of the salaries and compensation for the Administrative Assistant and the Financial Officer. 

 

Communication costs include all those cost needed to ensure   effective communication within the parish and to the outside world.  These include paper, duplication and mailing, costs       associated with our newsletter, Chimes, costs for the weekly   bulletins, the Parish website, the phone tree and our print         advertising.

Worship is at the core of our life together as St. Mary’s Parish. We gather as a community of faith to give thanks to God, to listen and hear God’s Word and to break bread together in the Holy Eucharist. We gather for renewal, and for strengthening our community to empower us to go out into the world to do the work of Jesus Christ.
