If you're using Windows with a version of Microsoft Internet Explorer that was already installed on your computer prior to signing up with Online Gateway, your start page is probably set to go to www.microsoft.com or www.msn.com or something similar. It's even possible that the homepage is set to www.aol.com if you have America Online software on your computer.

Follow these instructions in order to specify a start page:

1. In Internet Explorer, click on Tools and choose      Internet Options from the list.

2. Where it shows the start page and address,     replace it with http://home.olg.com/ or any     other address you'd like to use as your start     page.

We recommend using www.olg.com as your start page to stay informed of recent or upcoming changes to your service.

If you're using Netscape Communicator, click on the Edit menu and choose Preferences from the list. The first screen you view will contain the start page settings.
