  How Do I Add E-Mail accounts?
 


Extra E-mail Accounts can be added to your account by calling 1-800-654-0023. You will need to determine a new account name and password.

Each additional e-mail account is $3.00 / month.

Your new e-mail account information:

E-mail Address: chosen-name@olg.com


Mail Server Account name: chosen-name


SMTP server: mail.us.net


POP3 server: mail.us.net


To access more than one e-mail account on one computer:

Add an Identity in Outlook Express

Open Outlook Express. Click File, Identities, Add New Identity.

Fill in your name and click Next. Click Yes.

Fill in display name and click Next.

Fill in e-mail address and click Next.

Fill in POP3 and SMTP server names (found above). Click Next.

Fill in Account name and password. Click Next, then Finish.

To change Identities in Outlook Express, click File, Switch Identities.

Add a Profile in Netscape 7.0

Exit the browser, mail and any other component of the browser. Choose Start, then Programs. Then go to the Netscape program item and choose Profile Manager to make changes.

 

How to change your settings for your new e-mail address:


Internet Explorer 6.0

In Explorer, click on the Mail button and choose Read Mail. This will start Internet Mail. Then in Internet Mail go to the Mail menu and choose Options. Then under the Servers Tab change your E-mail Address, POP3 Account Name, and your Password to the new settings.

Netscape Navigator 7.0

Click the Mail button. The click Edit, then Mail and News Groups Account Settings. Under Server Settings and Account Settings and Account Settings-Advanced, change your E-mail Address, POP3 Account Name, and your Password to the new settings.
