The Carrington Neighborhood Association, Inc. (CNA) is a community organization that promotes the health, safety, civic improvement, and common good of the homeowners and residents of the Carrington Neighborhood of St. Charles Maryland.

Carrington needs you to join the homeowners association. It cost only $25.00 a year. So why not spend a little for a good cause? You will get two dumpster days per year. It costs more than $25.00 to dump one load at the landfill. We keep the common areas maintained, and one of our goals is to implement mosquito spraying this summer. If enough people join CNA this goal can become a reality. We work with the local government to help maintain our roads and sidewalks. The more members we have the more we can do for the good of the community. I would like to see the property values to go up and the only way to do that is to maintain and improve our community. This requires the effort of all residents.

CNA has initiated a new program in Charles County, it is the bicycle registration program. This program works in conjunction with the Charles County Sheriffs office to make it possible to find owners of recovered stolen bicycles. The information provided by you will only be used by the sheriffs dept. to locate registered owners of bicycles. Your information will be kept private and not shared with anyone or any company for any reason. Rest assured that the intent of this program is to help you in the event you should have a bicycle lost or stolen. If you are interested in registering your bicycle(s) please print the bicycle registration form then fill it out and mail it to the address on the form so that your information can be added to the data base. This is no charge for this service.
