If you're using Windows with a version of Microsoft Internet Explorer that was already installed on your computer prior to signing up with Online Gateway, your start page is probably set to go to www.microsoft.com or www.msn.com or something similar. It's even possible that the homepage is set to www.aol.com if you have America Online software on your computer. Follow these instructions in order to specify a start page: In Internet Explorer, click on Toolsand choose Internet Options from the list. Where it shows the start page and address,replace it with http://home.olg.com/ or any other address you'd like to use as your startpage.
